The information provided on the website is not intended for distribution or use by any person or entity outside of Lao territory.

You must first register as a member on the website to order products, use the services and enjoy promotions. You must ensure that:

However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications and descriptions of the products will be accurate, complete, or error-free and the display of the products through your electronic device may not reflect the actual colors and descriptions of the products. The store reserves the right to correct, change or update the information at any time without prior notice.

Warranty and Return Procedure:
Please read our return procedure carefully to minimize delays.
All returns must be approved by our customer service department first with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
1. Contact customer service within 24 hours of purchase date, delivery date, or receipt of the product.
2. Let us know the problem such as (product damaged before activation, product not in quantity or product received wrong model).
3. Provide the purchase order number and customer name.
4. Provide the product model name.
5. Describe the product condition in detail.
6. Let us know what steps you have taken to resolve the issue.
7. Take clear photos or videos (with appropriate lighting).
Once the information is received and thoroughly checked, if everything is in order, you will receive an RMA authorization number from our customer service department to return the product to the store.
(The verification period for receiving the RMA authorization number is approximately 24 hours).
8. Once you receive the RMA authorization number, please pack it carefully (and attach the RMA number on the shipping box).
Provide us with the tracking number after delivery (so that we can prepare for receiving the product).
Please wait for the store’s inspection process, when the conclusion is received, our service department will inform you.

Note:
All returns must be contacted and receive an RMA authorization number from our customer service department first. Returns without an RMA authorization number attached to the box will be rejected.
Returns to The Ent Export-Import Company Limited are subject to return shipping costs.
If any returned product is found to be free of mechanical problems and has been repaired by the customer, no replacement or assistance will be provided and it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Once the customer has confirmed and completed the order, the website cannot change or cancel the customer’s purchase order and the store reserves the right to change the product and cancel it in any case, except for the store’s error.
In the event of an error that you have approved the cancellation or in the event of an overpayment, you will be contacted with an explanation and options for resolving the problem within 3 business days.

Refunds to customers will only be transferred back to the original account from which the product was paid.

In order to complete the order, you must review and confirm that all information you provide, including the amount, delivery details, and total amount, is correct and complete before you click “PLACE ORDER” each time. The order is completed when you receive an email or text message confirming receipt of your order from us.

When you agree to pay the full amount, the amount is included in the price of the product and the related shipping costs.

Customers can pay for the product by bank transfer via BCEL One and must upload a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the website.

The price of all products is subject to change and fluctuates according to the market from the manufacturer and supplier. All payments will be in kip.

You must provide accurate shipping information:

The store cannot change your shipping address information if the product box has already been delivered to the shipping company, and the store cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping information.
All orders, if the status is reported as ‘‘delivered’’ by the shipping company, the store will consider the delivery to be completed.
The store cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping company, but we will be happy to help you to the best of our ability.
The store will deliver the products as you ordered. The store will not be responsible for any problems that arise if the customer receives the wrong product due to the customer’s own mistakes.
If the product is damaged during shipping, the shipping company will be responsible, but the customer must attach photos and videos within 24 hours after receiving the product from the shipping company. If the specified period is exceeded, the store will refuse to help.

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to ipharmacie’s offerings, including descriptions, prices, availability and other information. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies and to change or update the information on the Site at any time without prior notice.

We provide you with a space on the website to comment or rate. When posting a review, you must adhere to the following rules:

You should have direct experience with the product you are reviewing. Your comments should not be vulgar, obscene, or hateful.
Your review should not refer to illegal activities.
You should not post false or misleading reviews if you are affiliated with a company that is a competitor of the product.
